This explains our response at each Level of COVID-19

Level 4

  • Our office is closed
  • Our staff will be working remotely from home
  • The best way to contact us is via emails:

Administration: admin@teatawhai.maori.nz
Business Manager: brigham@teatawhai.maori.nz

Level 3

  • Our office is closed to clients and visitors.
  • Our staff will continue to work from home if they can.
  • If staff do need to work in the office, they must coordinate this with the Business Manager.

Level 2

  • We can operate if we can do so safely. Alternative ways of working are encouraged where possible.
  • Everyone — staff, contractors and customers — with cold or flu-like symptoms to stay away from our office.
  • Keep workers 1 metre apart and visitors 2 metres apart.
  • Everyone that needs to come in to the office must scan the QR code or sign in the register book. Scanning is now a legal requirement.
  • Face coverings are strongly encouraged if we are in close contact with others.
  • Reduce the number of shared surfaces, and regularly disinfect them.
  • Wash your hands. Wash your hands. Wash your hands.

Level 1

  • Cough or sneeze into your elbow or cover your mouth and nose with tissues.
  • Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean.
